Be secure in the knowledge that your installation is being carried
out by a member of Insured Window Guarantees Ltd. To become
a member, your installer has completed an audit to our satisfaction
and we have secured many references confirming the quality of
your selected installer.
Your installer's place of business has been visited by our membership
manager to ensure that high quality, professional standards
are maintained at all times.
When your installation has been completed, we will request your
confirmation of the installer's quality in all aspects of undertaking
your installation. We welcome any constructive comments that
you are able to make.
Insured Window Guarantees Ltd have carefully selected its member
companies for financial stability, high standard of workmanship
and quality staff They are constantly monitored as to their
level of performance.
Only those companies satisfying IWG's strict quality standards
are accepted for membership.
IWG members must be courteous, competent and tidy at all times.
All members of Insured Window Guarantees Ltd have achieved the
highest industry standards from sales through installation to
completion.
Once a member, you the customer are asked to confirm to IWG
that your installation is satisfactory and confirmation of quality
in all aspects of undertaking of your installation.
IWG will complete credit checks on all members in an effort
to ensure continuing solvency. These checks are routinely undertaken
at twelve month intervals on all members.
All IWG members have to be covered for public liability insurance
to £1 million indemnity as a minimum.
